30 in 30, Day 5: Everything I Know in Life, I Learned from Bugs Bunny

• Laughter is the best medicine…but it’s also the best weapon.

• Dressing in drag can get you out of most problems, but will typically create many more in its place.

• Carrot juice is pretty damn good.

• If you’re the right combo of funny and cocky, you’re unstoppable — even the people that hate you will like you.

• Never underestimate the power of a well-executed musical number.

• Don’t back down from a challenge, and don’t let yourself be intimidated by your circumstances.

• Always double-check your directions. But don’t sweat it if you get lost.

• Don’t put up with bull (…or Martians, or the devil, or the abominable snowman, etc.).

• Grammar is important. Know your pronouns.

• Never underestimate the power of a well-executed catchphrase.

• Vacation often.

• You make your own seasons in life — if you’re not happy with the one you’re in, change it.

•Always have a spare sight gag handy.

•Never underestimate the power of a well-executed execution.

• Remain calm, even when no one else is.

• Comedy was invented in the 1950s and 60s — anything humorous you’ve seen since then is really just a variation and/or plagiarism of something Mel Blanc voiced/created a half-century ago.

• Respect the arts. They just might save your life some day.

• Know when to say “That’s all, folks.”
